Rudy Gobert drops a career-high 35 points on 13-of-14 shooting as Utah defeats New York 108-101.SALT LAKE CITY -- Rudy Gobert scored a career-high 35 points and grabbed 13 rebounds, and the Utah Jazz rallied from 13 down to defeat the New York Knicks 108-101 on Wednesday night.

The Jazz snapped a three-game losing streak, while the Knicks dropped their third in a row.

Gobert carried the Jazz throughout with the 7-foot-1 Frenchman scoring off pick-and-rolls, offensive rebound put-backs and even going full-court for a dunk after a steal. The Jazz struggled on offense, but Gobert connected on 13 of 14 shots.

Gordon Hayward finished with 19 point and eight rebounds for the Jazz....

With Paul George struggling and the Pacers in desperate need of a win, the former All-Star jumped in and didn't miss a beat. Teague had 21 points, five rebounds and five assists to help Indiana fend off the road-weary Utah Jazz 107-100.

Utah Jazz forward Gordon Hayward.DETROIT -- It appeared that the Detroit Pistons weren't fully ready to play Wednesday night -- and the Utah Jazz took advantage.

The Jazz held Detroit to 35 points in the first half and went on to a 97-83 victory in their final game at the Palace of Auburn Hills.

"We were really fundamentally sound in the first half, and played good defense," Jazz coach Quin Snyder said. "I don't give that out very easily, but that's as sound and solid as we've been in a while."...

Dante Exum, the 21-year-old Australian still trying to find his way in the NBA after a major detour due to a serious knee injury, flashed the talent that tempted the Utah Jazz to take him with the fifth overall pick in the 2014 draft.

Exum's career-high 22 points on 7-of-8 shooting occurred in a 112-104 loss Saturday to Westbrook (33 points, 14 assists, 11 rebounds) and his Oklahoma City Thunder in a game that was essentially decided when Jazz big man Rudy Gobert was a late scratch due to soreness in his lower right leg. But this performance, and really this entire season, is about the big picture for Exum....
