Raptors beat Bucks 87-76 in slugfest, tie series at 2-2

After scoring eight points last game, DeMar DeRozan records 33 points and nine rebounds in Toronto's 87-76 win over Milwaukee to even the series at 2-2.MILWAUKEE -- DeMar DeRozan reverted back to his playmaking form. The Toronto Raptors reasserted themselves on defense.

They're headed back to Canada after winning a bruiser of a first-round playoff game on Saturday over the Milwaukee Bucks.

DeRozan scored 33 points, and Kyle Lowry had 14 of his 18 points in the second half of Toronto's 87-76 victory to tie the Eastern Conference series at two games apiece.

The Raptors turned up their intensity before a hostile road crowd after getting embarrassed in a 27-point loss to Milwaukee in Game 3. They forced 21 turnovers....

Khris Middleton lead Milwaukee to a Game 3 rout of Toronto.MILWAUKEE -- The Bradley Center was throbbing, filled with raucous basketball fans eager to watch one of the NBA's up-and-coming teams.

The Milwaukee Bucks fed off the energy that pulsed through the stands, overwhelming the cold-shooting Toronto Raptors from the opening tip.

The Oklahoma City Thunder's mile-a-minute point guard took the time to soak in the atmosphere Tuesday night after he matched Oscar Robertson's single-season record with his 41st triple-double. The home crowd stood and chanted "MVP! MVP!" long after the assist, and he later waved to the crowd after play stopped .

"It's one of those nights, a special night, and something I definitely will never forget," he said. "I'm just truly honored to do it here, especially in Oklahoma City."...

Antetokounmpo's 32 points lead Bucks over Kings

Giannis Antetokounmpo records a dominant 32-point, 13-rebound performance as the Bucks go on to defeat the Kings 116-98.SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Giannis Antetokounmpo had 32 points, 13 rebounds and six assists for the streaking Milwaukee Bucks, who cruised to a 116-98 victory over the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday night.

The win moved the Bucks into a tie with Indiana for the sixth spot, one game behind fifth-place Atlanta in the tight Eastern Conference playoff race. The Bucks have been the NBA's hottest team the past three weeks, winning 10 of 12 games.

Greg Monroe had 15 points for the Bucks, who have won two straight and four of five. Mirza Teletovic and Khris Middleton had 13 points each and Malcolm Brogdon had 12. Milwaukee made 16 of 35 3-point attempts....

Greg Monroe, Nick Young, D'Angelo Russell fined for Lakers-Bucks melee

Kirby Lee/USA TODAY SportsThe NBA fined two Los Angeles Lakers players and one from the Milwaukee Bucks for an on-court scuffle that broke out during the Bucks' 107-103 win Friday night at the Staples Center.

Bucks center Greg Monroe has been fined $35,000 for shoving Lakers guard Nick Young above the shoulders, the league announced Sunday. Young was fined $25,000 for initiating the altercation by shoving guard Malcolm Brogdon. And Lakers guard D'Angelo Russell was fined $15,000 for entering the altercation and pushing Monroe.

The scuffle erupted in the third quarter when Young was fouled hard by Brogdon on a drive to the rim. Several other players joined in the scrum, which had to be broken up by the officials....
