“I didn’t expect that there’s so many people supporting me here in the Philippines and when I came here I’m really surprised that a lot of people are supporting me,” said Kim, who also guest starred in some Korean shows.

Kim’s favorite moment came when a little boy gave her flowers after they beat China for the bronze medal, 25-11, 25-18, 25-20, in the AVC Asian Senior Women’s Volleyball Championship.

“I saw him before the game and he was like giving this bouquet of flowers to me and I was like ‘after the game, after the game,’” said Kim who had seven points in the game.
